   Paid approx £8 for cookie dough that was only a few mouthfuls. Cookie dough was as dry as a sponge & definitely not authentic. A dry overcooked batter at its best. Don’t bother wasting your money.

   Booked my daughters birthday party here paid for one of their party packages. Great value really, 10 children +1 for birthday child kids menu food and fruit shoot and party invites included. They'd set up a backdrop and balloons, we pretty much had the entirety of the back of the restaurant to ourselves so plenty of reserved tables, chairs and space for some party games. Shame they don't offer sandwiches or party food, kids were complaining they were hungry and I wasn't allowed to bring food, only birthday cake which had to go in their party bags. But they had a good time anyway, for 2 hours £110. Something a little different, desserts were great sizes better than I expected plenty of empty plates ☺️

   Absolutely amazing place, the staff are friendly and welcoming but the real star was the food. I thought we would just get something little for lunch but when the order came out there is no chance I will need any dinner. Me and my oldest ordered from their savory manu and had hot pockets which were huge filled with vegetables chicken and a lovely sauce and absolutely delicious, my mum had a banoffee hot pockets which again was huge and absolutely stuffed full of bananas , toffee and custard. My youngest son had a bubilicious sundae which was lovely and my middle boy had a hot cookie dough pudding. The food was really good value and I would highly recommend it for either a lunch or a nice treat.

   Food is good about a 10 minute wait after ordering. One member of staff was nice and friendly the other just seemed miserable and careless completely ruining the customer service experience. Toilet is clean there is a code on the receipt for access. We got the ferrero rocher thick shakes and they were lovely would not recommended if you do not like nuts as there was a overwhelming nut flavour more than anything else

   We found plastic in our waffle, there was no apology but they did replace the waffle. The food wasn't tasty and overall quite expensive. The customer service today was poor which is unfortunate as previous visits were much nicer.

   Empty and filthy - bathrooms disgusting, chairs dirty, menus dirty. Was greeted with basically being told they didn’t have half the menu, next to 0 staff, really shocking

   We've arrived at a relatively quiet restaurant with maybe half a dozen tables occupied at about 17.20 today (21st Jan 23). I ordered a latte and a strawberry milkshake at 17.22. At 17.45 I went up to enquire as to whether the order could be changed to a takeout as we were otherwise engaged after 18.00. In their defence, the staff were apologetic and advised they would accommodate this. I returned to the table and a further 12 minutes later at 17.57 they then finally bought out my wifes milkshake (without whipped cream). So this was then sent back and the correct order arrived back a minute later. The total cost for this farce? £8.90. For a 37 minute wait for a coffee and a milkshake. I'd understand if it had been busy, but as stated above, the restaurant was pretty much empty with maybe 5 of the 15 or so tables occupied. Would not recommend.
