   This is a property owned by GreeneKing but not run by them so the menu a lot smaller. Food was delish and the young lady serving courteous and efficient.

   Brilliant classic pub, unexpectedly good food, and I mean quality good food, we had squid which can be difficult to get right without over cooking and going chewy but this was perfect, even the salid side dressings which id normally ignore was delicious. We also had about 4 different members of staff come and check everything was ok including the chef!! Really shows they care about the food, Exceptional service would strongly recommend

   Beer garden is nice to sit in on a sunny weekend. Food is tasty and portion sizes are good. Prices are on the higher side but no different to similar pubs.
