   This is a really good branch of Pret - probably the best place to eat on campus. Some branches seem to have declined in recent times but this one is consistently excellent, with friendly staff and great food/coffee. I echo the other comments that the team here is fantastic. My favourite dish remains the Mac and Cheese but to be honest I've never not liked a fresh food dish from Pret. The fact that the kitchen is literally 30 seconds away has got to help too. Indeed, that might be why the quality is consistently great.

   Food was amazing but the prices are a moderately high. Would recommend their falafel and hummus plate, mozzarella and tomato pastry, and the blueberry yogurt. Perfect for breakfast and brunch. I usually take the food for takeaway or delivery but the customer service is just fine.

   I meet my brother every Wednesday for lunch as he works at Southampton University.The staff are brilliant and really helpful.When we walk in our drinks are already prepared for us.Sandwiches and salads are fresh. The manager really knows his customers. The place is spotless and there is always seats available. This team is a credit to Pret

   In this particular filial, only 2 people are kind, the rest, only arrogance and a bad atmosphere are transmitted from the morning, Personally, sometimes I'm faster, other times I'm more relaxed in the morning and things go smoothly, but 3 people on this staff always get indignant and revolt when I'm not fast and at their receptive pace. He makes an indignant face at me because he can't go back to that location anymore.

   Unfortunately I changed my review about Pret due to the low quality coffee and food. It was my favourite place but after long time I visited two times last week and it was not the same as before. Coffee quality was poor, I told them I wanted my food to have in and they didn’t gave me any plate or tray!!!! Table and chairs were messed up. Also price for this quality coffee and service was too high.

   Their delivery service lets them down. Have used a lot for work lunches and have been let down on numerous occasions by there not being the correct items delivered. Tried calling the restaurant but they were not interested in re-delivering the missing items and just said to request a refund from just eat.

   Friendly & proficient staff, clean environment and many dairy alternatives (rice coconut, oat & soya). Despite many students coming during lecture breaks, the staff always serves in patience, and it takes only few minutes to get the coffee.

   I find Pret a bit pricey but the staff are welcoming and have a lot of people to serve because it is on the University campus. The food and drinks are lovely for the price. It does get quite busy during term time.
