   Had a delivery which was running very late , to be expected this time of year. Arrived at 23.15. Had lots of items missing. Phoned Shirley Southampton branch, spoke to store manager, who was the most rude and unhelpful person I’ve ever spoken to, told me it was tough and I’d just need to go back to the store to sort out , no apologies or offer to correct there mistake. He has absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever, if It was just him I was reviewing i would of given a 1 star but I then went down to the store that next evening and spoke with a guy called Ben. Now he dealt with the problem amazingly, couldn’t apologise more, he picked all the shopping that was missing, so polite and helpful, now he’s the guy who should be store manager !!!! he deserves premonition !!!

   Some of the seafood I bought was rancid. The same happened in this store three years ago, I hoped it had improved. I'll avoid this place.

   Clean store, it fits as much as it can in a small space. You can buy decent meals for under a fiver. At this time that's needed. The staff at the tills are very friendly and one lady is brilliant and helpful. Lovely place.

   I gave it three stars but it should have been four or even five. But Iceland has in my opinion lost their individual trading by now selling Gregg's stuff and many other brands watering down their trade and profits. I can get Gregs in their own store as well as many of the other products in a corner store.. why would I want to travel to an Iceland store now.
