   Today, I could not find my Sainsbury’s card, which would have resulted in having to pay full price for everything. An exceptionally helpful young man, Jake, suggested that I go home to find my card and said he would put my shopping in their fridge till my return. Luckily I did find my card at home and on my return, Jake ensured the return of my shopping and helped me at the till. There were other staff who were also kind, as I was in something of a panic but Jake was particularly kind, helpful and efficient and I felt that this should be recognised. I want to make it clear that Jake works in the Shirley branch of Sainsbury’s and thoroughly deserves to be commended.

The fresh produce section is particularly outstanding - I can always find crisp, seasonal fruits and vegetables that last much longer than those I've purchased elsewhere. Their bakery deserves special mention too, with the smell of freshly baked bread wafting through the aisles every morning. The Taste the Difference range has become a staple in my household, offering restaurant-quality meals at supermarket prices that never fail to impress when I'm entertaining guests. What really sets Sainsbury's apart is their commitment to customer service. Whether it's the friendly checkout staff who always greet me with a smile, the helpful colleagues who will walk me to find a product rather than just point, or the efficient online shopping service that's saved me countless times when I'm too busy to visit in person - they consistently deliver excellent service.    Prices arnt bad, decent size shop but not a fan of the lay out, often I find myself looking longer then I should need to for items. They have a nice little merge with Argos in store, more of a click and collect store then a full range.

   I got most of the things on my shopping list, so I was happy. The one thing I couldn't find was Arnica cream. I guess I shall have to get it from a chemist. I got all my nice organic salad things. I really value organic salad and vegetables that have not been sprayed and Sainsbury's do have some. So thank you.

   This is a good sainsbury's. Always well stocked. Got great offers on alcohol. Nowhere near as cheap as lidl, but their stock is good quality and a good range... plus you get nectar points...

   Very depressing outside as there was so much rubbish been thrown outside the shops and fly tipping. So sad! This place needs a very good regular cleaning to keep the place looking nice for the public.
