Some staff today are kinda racist. Beeping alarm went on even onto people before us and staff donβt bother to check their groceries but when we come out he checked us maybe there might be tags on the goods? On the fruits and vegetables? Tissue rolls? Itβs just clearly showing us how racist they are.

Very disappointed with the baby changing facilities here especially those by the cafe. The nappy bins were overflowing, dirty, and covered in poo with flies around them, completely unhygienic. This store is a good halfway stop to Dorset, but I wonβt be visiting again unless the baby change facilities are cleaned up. Thereβs no direct number to reach the storeβs customer service desk, so itβs impossible to raise a complaint. Management need to take this feedback seriously and ensure the baby changing facilities are cleaned and monitored.

It's a very good megastore with all that tesco have to offer. Ample free parking in a well maintained park, with plenty of space and lots of other stores nearby. The park and ride next door is a real bonus if you want to ride into Salisbury centre first . Very busy times means it's a pain to get to because of the main road.

I had a great time shopping at Tesco! Theyβve got a huge variety of stuff β fresh meat, veggies, fruits, clothes, alcohol and many more. Itβs super convenient having everything in one place, and everything looked really fresh and well-stocked. The car parking is massive too, so no worries about finding a spot. Overall, itβs a perfect place for getting all your shopping done in one go. Definitely worth checking out!

I called in here to use the cafe as I needed a reasonably cheap but edible breakfast. The cafe is to the rear of the store on the upper floor; the toilets are also located here. There is a set of stairs or a lift is available as well. The staff seemed a bit frantic on first approach with a bit of a wait to order food, however it was very fast service once I had sat down at a table. The cafe was clean and presentable, I had the breakfast which is a traditional English fry up. Other options are available if you want to go healthier. The food was perfectly edible but nothing to write home about, just as I would expect for a cafe like this. The coffee was great, really enjoyed it. A selection of cakes and pastries are also available, there is Wi-Fi in the cafe which is spacious. Based on this experience I would recommend the cafe for some cheap quick food.

Could do better if they had less card only self service tills and more manned and cash accepted ones. Pharmacy has also gone down recently in the standard of service provided. Otherwise it's not bad so have given a three. They are in the process of revamping the cafe, although I still can't bear eating to the sound of Tesco announcements.

Went early to do a shop not busy but was full of staff doing online orders. I know they've got to do this but some are very I considerate and don't care that they are in the way. One girl was obviously poorly as she was coughing the whole time no mask on didn't even cover her mouth. Not right as she was infecting everyone staff and customers. I wasn't the only one to notice as staff did too but said nothing. With all the illness that's going around this wasn't on. Tesco's should have sent her home as anyone seeing or hearing her woukd gave agreed.

The customer-unfriendly decision to reduce the number of tills and not to fully staff those that remain means that I no longer shop here. Added to that, having used the alternative of an online click and collect order, I found that the collection point has been moved to the most awkward place possible. The only remaining reason for visiting was their previously excellent pharmacy for presriptions. However, having queued today for 30 minutes to reach the counter only to be told it would be 20 minuted before the prescription would be ready (it was received by them 4 days beforehand), I shall be going elsewhere.

Go here often to pick up what I need.... It's a supermarket and generally ok. Can't believe the poor decision to increase self service tills. This is not a customer based decision it is a money grabbing decision to employ less staff. Will we get the shopping cheaper when we service ourselves??? I will continue to use staffed tills with my main shop, if they are not sufficiently manned I will abandon the trolley and go elsewhere!! Update.... A week later and it's worse. Management seem to be happy to let customers queue down the isle at the attended tills while only having three open. What happened to the "one in front policy"

Usual standard shop, with usual facilities. Cafe serving a good selection of meals and snacks. Downside the traffic on the main road can be a nightmare. Difficult to get into car par because of the volume of traffic, or getting back out after shopping. Not the ideal site as it is on one of the main roads into Salisbury
