Went there today with the intention of buying £400 In spirits as part of our works Christmas draw. Unfortunately they now have token trolleys and I had no cash . So I took my money elsewhere and spent it with a rival store. Probably won’t bother going back.

I accidentally went the wrong way in a new one way part of the car park and one of the click and collect staff came up to my window and got really hostile at me for making a little mistake I couldn’t even leave my car and they made me feel unsafe and so I didn’t even want to shop any more after they went so I just left :(
Really disappointed to see the plants dead/dying outside the store. Not a very nice welcome. The amount of Tesco workers that go in and out of the store if a customer noticed it surely one them could have ☹️ what a waste of money! Everything’s going up in store yet Tescos can waste money this way. Shame on you
Tesco do most things well. Try to imagine how badly a NGS (National Grocery Service) would perform. We'd all starve waiting for an appointment, and we'd have to phone at 8am sharp to get one, and then be offered one in three weeks time. By then we'd have starved. Then we'd really be thankful for Tesco and all its lovely people.
Friendly staff and a nice clean store, Kirsty on self checkouts really went over and above to make sure I had the right item.
Awful staff, accused me of stealing because some items didn't scan using the scanner. I'm talking cheap reduced items. You don't have to be smart to think if someone was planning on stealing they'd steal full price. Tried to raise this at customer service but she no one there.
Amazing staff. Stupidly left my bike unlocked outside, of course it was nicked in the 20 minutes I was in the shop. But the staff outside saw it being stolen and Jamie somehow managed to run after them, catch them and return the bike! Unbelievable.
I do click and collect from here which is always good. Staff always helpful and friendly. So easy to just pick up your shopping and go.
