So I wnt in to the shop, chose my items, went up to the counter and said just these please.. Response.. Nothing! Me.. am I supposed to guess how much it is? Response.. £1.69 (no please) I pay and say thank you.. Response.. nothing no thank you or anything!
NOT COMING AGAIN TO THIS STORE ! Before bought Robinsons Squash which was already diluted, and also sunflowers which supposed to be priced with promotion but paid the original price! WHO ever goes there be sure to always check your receipts,also the guy who works behind a cashier very rude ! I was using the wrong card and was declined I got response from worker “ it should happen again make sure before you coming to use right card !! So rude ! Never ever coming back !

Best convenience store in Shirley, Southampton. This lovely store is located at the Warren Crescent. Easy to access as the shop is next to the bus stop and just few minutes walk from Southampton General Hospital. They have everything you need. Not only local food and stuff but also international food and vegetables too. They have Indian, Sri Lankan, Philippines, Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese and Japanese and many other Asian,European and African foods and stuff. If you are looking for something that doesn’t available in the store at the moment, you can place your order and owner will try to find them for you and get your order ready to collect. Owner and other staff are very friendly and welcoming people. They will help you to find the items you need and save your time. They are very cheerful and and give the best customer service no matter how busy they are. Believe me you cannot get such a good customer service from anywhere else. All the stuff are arranged nicely and well maintained. If the vegetables are not fresh they will reduce the price and you can negotiate at any time. Best thing is this shop is opened every day and even on holidays. Opening and closing times are very convenient for the customers and they manage the punctuality. Wish nothing but the best and success for this business as they are helping the community.
