   This store is my closest so i shop there more often than not. So first of all. General staff on floor and tills are really nice and especially the late crew, who are always polite and cheerful. Supervisors seem to be very well organised also. However, there are a couple of senior managers who are just arrogant, towards staff and customers. I've noticed this over a long period. As for queues, its a busy store in a densely populated area. I don't mind using self service, which is quite quick, but there are often queues at the staffed tills. The worst thing of all, is the constant flow of price increases which have continued since covid. Some products have doubled in that time. Along side regular record profit reports across the group, it's just blatant profiteering at the cost of local families. The fruit and veg is average, often items are still on the shelves well past their best condition. So thanks to the lovely staff, but a very average overpriced store.

   Huge queues at the tills because people rightly refuse to serve themselves on self checkouts. Savings passed on entirely to shareholders it seems as the prices are ridiculous. Lidl in Hythe is far better.

   It's much better since they tarted the place up a few months ago - no doubt they feel the competition from Lidls in Hythe! But what a pity they cannot arrange for someone to water the plants during this hot weather. Most were dead or dying when I visited today.

   Easy to find, large car park. Large selection of products as you would expect. Petrol station and electric charge points. Click and collect point.

   Everything is well laid out. Only critique is the stock of fresh fruits and vegetables can be somewhat low at regular intervals. Parking is plentiful and there's even a separate car wash if you fancy getting your car cleaned while you shop.
