   I was very disappointed with my experience here. My cats had their basic needs taken care of, but there seemed to be no attention paid to them over and above those basics. The chalets are ok but limited natural light. When I asked how my cats had been I was told “ fine” which seemed somewhat inadequate. They had no additional bedding provided for them other than the thin fleecy blankets I’d had in their travel boxes, which made me sad. Worst was how withdrawn my one little girl was when I collected them, I could tell she hadn’t been engaged with ( I’ve used another cattery regularly when elsewhere in the UK where they had interaction daily and she thrived). Also there was no security as I turned up when the owners were out and went straight in. I could have done anything to the cats in their care. Just seemed like a money earning operation to me and will never be going back.

   Great place to leave your treasured cat. The Owners are helpful and kind. My cat loves going to stay. Highly recommended. One small criticism can be difficult to park outside property
