   Wessex Alresford: Appalling service over several months. This pharmacy will send out texts saying medication is ready for collection but when an attempt to collect is made they don’t have it in stock. They lose repeat prescriptions that they’ve provided for years. They don’t answer their phones. I am moving to a more reliable pharmacy as soon as I am able to get through on their phone line. Do not get your medications here.

   The staff here have gone from amazing to useless. Time to use another pharmacy... Last week call up to see if Prescription ready to be told I've collected it. Then it be told it's getting ready in the basement. Last week called up to ask if another Prescription is ready to a rude woman. Perhaps it's changed hands? Seems to have gone down hill.
