Best GP practice I've had over the years. That said, I know a lot of work has been put into the patient experience.
A busy, but efficient practice. Very well equipped and have always had caring and approachable GPs. Online services are very convenient - you can order repeat prescriptions and even see your medical history (sign up at reception). An asset to the community and highly recommended.
Repeat Prescriptions. I cannot think of a more inconvenient or useless way of trying to obtain a repeat prescription than by forcing patients to physically attend Mansfield Park to be issued with a password. This is highly difficult for a great number of patients. The whole point of using on line services is make life easier. What is the point of re-vamping an online service that had already proved easy efficient for patients to use. Why are people being paid and money wasted to reinvent the wheel? If it works why try to fix it!
I've been a user of this surgery (and it's predecessor in Ropley) for getting on 30 years. The doctors are friendly and caring and it's not that difficult to get an appointment. Mansfield Park surgery is a dispensing practice and can supply medicines for all patients who do not live within a mile of a local pharmacy - this makes for a very smooth experience with urgent medications often dispensed just after seeing a doctor. The recently introduced online ordering of repeat prescriptions is working well - for someone on a cocktail of medications it's very useful to have a record of what was recently ordered. This is a well-equipped and forward-looking practice - highly recommended.
