   I collect a monthly prescription from Romsey Pharmacy. They let me know by text message when my prescription is ready to be collected. And when I call to collect my prescription there is no waiting around - they immediately know where to find my made up prescription and hand it over. And all of the staff are so happy and cheerful that it is a pleasure to call there.

   After the staff purposefully taken phone of hook I drive 49 minutes to be told line had a fault I’d checked the line bt said off hook so went down see someone in back calling out on shop phone so call it and by magic it rings woman lies lies lies and then tells me no meds ready so 80 minutes driving for nothing but to be lied and insult led too this was about a month after new owners took place so we stopped going to chemist so yesterday needed an emergency script and was told by same lady she only keeps medicine in for her regular customers!!!!! I advised against the law she then magically has my medicine when I say im complaining to then take the script this morning and for husband to go collect tonight and she actually was rude enough to shoe him off with her hand and tell him she hasn’t the meds leaving me unmedicated absolutely disgusting

   Romsey Pharmacy Review **** I switched to this pharmacy last summer, and have not regretted it, even though it is five miles from my home and the parking is not ideal. I was having problems with repeat prescriptions, because different medicines were being issued at different dates in the monthly calendar, so I had to order almost every week. The combined delays caused by the GP surgery and the pharmacy were a problem. However, when I explained this at Romsey Pharmacy, the people there understood and started to issue medicines in a way that has brought it all into line. So now I only have to order medicines once a month and they either let me order or do it for me. The reception staff always greet me with a smile and will text me when my medicines are ready for collection. A good service, well done Jo and team.

   Went to this pharmacy this morning. So pleased to see such professionalism from not only the Pharmacist but the counter which was done exceptionally fast in a queue I was expecting to take quite long- the female counter assistant and pharmacist had exceptional form of system going; another customer and I discussed this during our brief wait. Very good team, well stocked shop for the most part lovely to see.

   Miserable experience . Went to have my flu jab . Appt made over the phone . When I arrived I was told I had been cancelled . I stood my ground and said I did not cancel my appt . Saw with my own eyes that a sticker had been put over my name . The assistant was a really miserable old woman with no customer service at all . When she took my details she huffed and puffed . No smiles , nothing to make a customer feel welcome . The pharmacy felt really unwelcoming . The pharmacist was really miserable to . Will never go back .
