“Firstly, James is brilliant; he listens, assesses and works a plan around you. Secondly, you do not need to be a sporty person with a sports injury. I had a 5 month history of shoulder pain with limited arm movement for no apparent reason. It was affecting basic activities like washing and dressing. Someone recommended James, and I'm so grateful that they did because he has worked wonders. I began with the 15 minute free telephone call, which, having spoken with James gave me the confidence to book a session. Initially, he saw me weekly, which then became fortnightly, now monthly and my 6th visit will probably be the last one. Be prepared to play your part and carry out the exercise plan you are given.
