Chloe has been absolutely fantastic using positive behaviour techniques to desensitise her. “After suffering with tennis elbow for months I was needing some much needed pain relief. After trying all the normal exercises and over the counter pain relief I saw an advert about Bowen Therapy. Kathy is local to me and so I made an appointment thinking i’ll give anything a try to get some pain relief. On meeting Kathy she was very thorough with my medical history and talked me through everything. She asked me what was my main goal , and this was to reduce my pain. She explained timescales and treatment . Tennis elbow can take a long time to heal so I was sceptical about the therapy but was desperate to find some relief . Well I’m glad I went as after 5 sessions I can really feel the difference. The pain is significantly reduced . Kathy doesn’t just work on my elbow she provides an all over body soft tissue therapy. It’s been a revelation and Kathy has taught me so much about what foods to eat to help with inflammation, as well as exercises I can do at home . I feel so much better not just the elbow , but in myself . The tennis elbow is still there but the pain now is minimal and I can continue playing golf without being in constant agony. I thoroughly recommend Kathy and Bowen Therapy. It’s really helped me .”
