Kathy is local to me and so I made an appointment thinking i’ll give anything a try to get some pain relief. She explained timescales and treatment . Tennis elbow can take a long time to heal so I was sceptical about the therapy but was desperate to find some relief . It’s been a revelation and Kathy has taught me so much about what foods to eat to help with inflammation, as well as exercises I can do at home . I feel so much better not just the elbow , but in myself . The tennis elbow is still there but the pain now is minimal and I can continue playing golf without being in constant agony.
