   Didn't really enjoy my stay due to my mental health condition. Most of the nurses where brilliant, but a small number of then where bullies, which put me in a bad mood and made me difficult to deal with. It would of been better if I wasn't affected by the few negative staff

   1st visit for X-rays, radiographer was excellent very sympathetic to my issues & made me comfortable. All staff excellent & reminded me of the cottage hospitals local to me as a child in Hampshire.

   Just attended for blood test, never been here before and reception staff are so rude!!! Makes me laugh considering a sign on the wall says 'respect us, we're here to help you' - clearly not the receptionists, but parking is easy so that's a bonus

   Shouldn't be considered a hospital as they won't see you if you are stuck for somewhere to go, as they shut at 6pm. The Nurses are rude and threatened to call the police because my friend asked why they closed and couldn't provide a bandage as a temporay measure, small wound on arm where a scab looks slightly infected,Pathetic! Not A&E worthy either. I have never seen anyone treated like this before for asking a question. They said no one should just walk in as we are appointments only, well not everyone knows this and it's a hospital. Maybe they prefer doing tiltoks during covid and are struggling to give advice now, not even a friendly im sorry, however we suggest going to a pharmacist and buying this type of bandage until you can see a doctor. Nothing! I have never been here myself and wouldn't ever ask to see anyone here if given an option. A duty of care was lost on these 2 battle axes. I'm completely shocked, expected better from a hospital.

   Had a couple of moles frozen the other day in the dermatology unit. Staff were fantastic and never felt more assured and treated with respect I forgot the doctors name (sorry!) But the doctor who spoke to me about Iron Maiden while you froze them off, you're the best. You know who you are!

   My mother is being sent home with a badly swollen leg and a water infection that she did not have when she went in. Some of the nurses are very nice but don't come back or follow things through when they say they will. I really thought my mother would get some practical help and was so pleased when I knew she was going to Romsey hospital - but now I feel she has been very let down by them and I am very disalutioned by her experience there. She has had no benefit from the time she has spent there. Sadly.
