   I heard of Romsey Medical Practice via a recommendation. After my initial consultation I felt informed and also felt reassured I was selecting the most appropriate treatment. The staff provide honest opinions and suggest the most suitable treatment for your own unique needs. I’ve had 3 sessions of micro-needling with Nurse Emily who has always made me feel so welcome and comfortable. I’m thrilled with the results and I have seen a noticeable difference. The procedure was something I had looked into for a while and I’m so glad I visited Nurse Emily and Romsey Medical Practice. They are professional, authentic and knowledgeable.

   WOW WOW WOW!!! I went to see Nurse Emily this morning and she educated me on so much before my treatment to make sure I was entirely comfortable. She was warm and welcoming and explained everything in such detail. I would HIGHLY recommend!

   The RMP is pleasantly decorated with easy parking. The Doctor who I saw was lovely, but sadly the girls on Reception, were not as professional nor did they put me at ease. The young lady with long auburn hair was very pleasant but the others were frankly, prissy! After my Appointment with the Dr, I went to discuss booking the next appointment with Reception. Having spent the last 5 years continually being admitted into 5 different hospitals since my cancer surgery & treatment, which are still continuing; I was unable to commit to date. The Receptionist I spoke with, was frankly abrupt, dismissive and flippant! I briefly mentioned my last surgery - orthopaedic hand surgery, with the splint & dressing being quite obvious, as one of the reasons I couldn’t commit there & then, to an appointment. In fact today, I have my 7th post-op hospital appointment for that orthopaedic surgery, with another already booked in early October. She really showed no interest in what I was saying, and her only brief comment was “when you book, that’s when you pay”. End of! Nothing along the lines of - I hope your recovery continues to go well OR we look forward to seeing you soon OR that’s no problem at all, we can usually give you an appointment within (e.g.) 2 weeks of you calling to book your appointment etc Having the skin-tags removed from my back is mainly a “well done me” for getting to my 5 Year Post Cancer Milestone” which has been a very* bumpy journey; with the other significant reason being because my late Mother, who had Cancer 4 times, (and did not survive even with all the surgeries, ghastly treatments etc) had skin-tags appear and grow larger, every time she was diagnosed with that wretched disease. My Cancer Surgeon actually removed a benign skin-tag that had grown from a mole, when he carried out his amazing surgery and saved my life. Those on Reception, need to be mindful that they are the “face of RMP” and they do not* know what Patients have been through, nor what has brought them to walk through the doors of RMP. Also, what may well seem to be a standard “Cosmetic” procedure, is not always as it appears. Had the Dr not been so professional, thorough & put me at ease, I would not be returning to have my procedure carried about at RMP.

   Cannot recommend Romsey Medical Practice enough. The service received from the moment you book an appointment right through to the treatment and after care is fantastic. Emily, Chris and the team are all so welcoming, friendly and professional, and really make you feel at ease. I have had a number of different treatments here now, from cosmetic to medical and cannot fault a single thing. I would not go anywhere else! Big thank you to everyone at RMP ☺️

   Absolutely fantastic from my first enquiry to when I had treatment yesterday. I came in for Mira Dry, was put at ease and made the whole process easy and comfortable. To me, it is so important to be professional but also friendly and you were both. Dr Chris, Nurse Emily and Hollie were amazing.    If I could give Dr Chris and his team 100 stars as a rating, I would! Having had a bad experience with fillers in the past, it's made me so nervous to venture back and find somebody I could really trust. After lots of researching to find a knowledgble and experienced practice specialising in aesthetics, it lead me to Romsey Medical Practice. Dr Chris has honestly been amazing. Not only being sympathetic and understanding to my worries and concerns, but explaining to me at every step of the way exactly what he's doing to put my mind at ease. I can't recommend Romsey Medical Practice enough, they truly are the best!
