   Great service. I realised Thursday evening I had forgotten to request my monthly prescription so put in an NHS Emergency prescription request as it will be the weekend. Great communication and an efficient service, quicker than expected with the construction currently going on in there. Parking isn't an issue either. Thank you.

   Went in for some pain relief-totally ignored by 2 assistants although nobody else in there. Waited 2 minutes, still not even a 'be with you in a minute'. Turned around and left-won't be back either. Horrible staff in a horrible establishment.

   Always helpful, always one step ahead, well worth supporting. I've always thought reviews of shops and the like we're a bit weird, but... As someone who as life has trundled on has managed to pick up some long term medical issues I've more often than not been let down by Pharmacies not requesting prescriptions, or not having drugs ready when they are needed. This was brought home to me when my eldest required a weird cocktail of seven or eight prescriptions monthly. After using the other pharmacies in Romsey and growing used to the monthly pickups being generally wrong, I decided to switch from the big chains to the Nightingale Pharmacy. The difference was night and day, the Pharmacy proactively chased up late prescriptions, ordered in unusual drugs, and were on the ball. Coupled with that they highlighted two occasions where a paediatric dose was wrong following medication reviews or hospital visits. The staff are always friendly, polite and courteous, so please consider supporting a local business which in this case will give l, in my opinion, a better service than any of the large chains on Romsey. One potential issue is that this pharmacy isn't open at the weekend. I won't change my absolute recommendation on that basis, but for some it may not be ideal.
