   All the staff at mydentist Romsey are extremely welcoming, friendly and professional - I was kept well informed of the treatment plans and the work that was going to be undertaken. My actual dentist Roula was exceptional - I had a chipped front tooth, which of course is a particularly important tooth in terms of confidence and the chip was quite a difficult one to be able to repair. Initial she tried one method of repairing it but, unfortunately, it didn't take but the reception team were amazing at getting me re-booked in very quickly (and for no extra charge) and Roula used a different technique to repair the tooth. I am absolutely over the moon with the result - you cannot tell that there has been any work done at all due to the precision and care that was put into the repair. After care was amazing as well, as I was booked in for a follow up (again, no extra cost) and Roula made sure that it had taken well and ensured I was happy. Also Roula and Caroline were extremely patient and amazing with my 4 year old son when he had his routine check up. 10 out of 10 service - highly recommend!!

   I feel honoured to have found this Dentist and to be under the care of Dr Roula and Nurse Caroline. This is the best experience of a dentist that I have ever had in my whole life. Every single thing undertaken is carried out with care, compassion and expertise in an extremely welcoming and calming environment. Any work carried out, always exceeds my expectations. They go above and beyond in skill. For the first time in my life, I now look forward to going to the dentist. I cannot praise them enough including the professional reception team. Always a pleasure.

   Shocking service I’ve just tried to make an appointment today 8-12-22 to see a dentist to be told that they no longer see NHS patients, They could at least send out a email letting patients know that they have been kicked to the kerb. As for customer service the old woman on the desk needs to go and get customer service training as she very rude and abrupt, if you don’t like your job then leave don’t take it out on the patients

   I cannot thank Gilberto and his team enough, I hadn't been to a dentist in a very long time due to extreme anxiety and an overwhelming fear of dentists, I went to Gilberto and cryed everytime I went, almost weekly for last 2/3 months, he has been nothing but compassionate and understanding and has now got me to a point were my oral hygiene is in a great place again. I could not of had all the treatments I have had without his compassion, understanding and support. 100% would recommend him especially if you are feeling nervous.
