Awful experience. Tried phoning them to get an emergency prescription as recommended by 111 and they would barely let me speak on the phone to explain the situation. Absolutely awful.
There's one woman who is completely rude and patronising - you're not allowed to ask questions. Disorganised and incompetent. Don't phone and update you when they say they will. Order the wrong medication. Will also tell you that your order is in, and when you go to pick it up, it actually hasn't come in - and in fact they've not even ordered it even though they said they did the week before and then lie to cover it up.
The team here have always provided outstanding service and are very kind and understanding.
The staff here are knowledgeable and delightful - they go well beyond what you'd usually expect from a local pharmacy. Brilliant advice and practical help when I cut my finger on a tin can

2nd time medication has failed to arrive in the last few months, after requesting meds the week previously. Zero management of expectations on supply & told to call elsewhere to find insulin at the last minute.
If only all businesses were as efficient, considerate and kindly, the world would be a happier place. Many many thanks to Eric and the team for ensuring that medicines I need--often at short notice--are quickly delivered to my door. Love them all.
I find that I'm treated like a second class citizen because I'm on a controlled medication which I have to pick up daily. I find the owner can be rude too. Some staff are great and helpful others share the owners viewS of people wiH substance misuse problems. I've been warned not to talk to customers and when I first began to use this chemist was asked not to steal either. I found this discriminating and offensive.
This is such a good pharmacy with wonderful staff. I have had my prescription sent from my doctors in London whilst in lockdown with my mum. They have been so helpful throughout the time I have had to use their services.
