“My husband and I visited the store today to pick up a few things for our three dogs, and we were lucky enough to be helped by a lovely lady named Susan. She was absolutely amazing – friendly, fun, and incredibly knowledgeable. We were looking for flea treatments, and Susan pointed out that the one we usually buy wasn’t actually the most effective. She took the time to explain the differences and recommended a better option that actually saved us money too! What really stood out was how genuine she was – no pressure, just honest, helpful advice. Every shop needs a Susan! Brilliant customer service from start to finish. Thank you so much!”

I was advised to use 111, they issued the prescription, retained the delivery driver and made an individual delivery and kept me informed. They also managed my panic. “Our handsome cat Teddy needed to visit the vets as he was limping and would not put his paw down. After a consultation with one of the vets, Zoe, it was decided he needed treatment. Zoe was amazing, everything was explained fully including different procedures and prices. Teddy is a very timid cat but she was super fabulous with him. She put both him and us at ease. Cannot recommend Carrick vets enough. Thanks to Zoe for being simply fabulous.”

“This pharmacy and the staff are great they are so professional but also extremely friendly I have never had a long wait for a prescription but I do understand if they are really busy you may need to wait a little longer the products are nice and cheap which is what you need in this day and age of saving money I would recommend this pharmacy to everyone the staff are awesome and the head pharmacist is brilliant I took my brother in for an opinion on a bad ere and he sorted him out and pointed him in the right direction thanks again for everything !!”

“Top service from both Manager and Pharmacist. Went in as id run out of medication and the manager, Lauren, sorted me an emergency supply within minutes. Asked the pharmacist, Amit, to look at my daughter’s face too as she has a sore and within 5 minutes we were on our way with my emergency meds and antibiotics for my daughters.”

“My wife went here today and was advised and treated, given medication with PROFESSIONALISM, KINDNESS & COMPASSION! His name was Tom an oriental type fellow with a young associate that was also nice: He asked all the necessary questions to allow him to do his job and my wife was VERY GRATEFUL of his abilities and the manner he used. "I realise this contradicts the negative reviews that are immediately apparent as you open Google AND HOPE this wonderful experience dilutes them!" I suggest most negative reviews may come from people already frustrated and impatient with whatever condition gives them problems- "I say this because I have been that frustrated and impatient person" I also realise we are all human and sometimes we do actually encounter rudeness. End of the day- my wife just had a 10 star experience from TOM.”
