Great team at well pharmacy (forest town) the staff are polite, welcoming and always happy to help, prescriptions are processed quickly, and nothing is too much bother, even though it is clear that they are very busy.
Got my prescription but staff were rude and a bit mardy
My usual go to for bits and bobs, but after being told I’m buying too many bath salts and it’s suspicious from the pharmacist (in the space of 3 months I have brought maybe 3-4 lavender bath salts) used for my aches and pains, absolutely awful interaction.
Absolutely appalling service AND customer service. NINE !!! days waiting for my prescription. Disgusting attitude, rude, totally UNCARING. In to the bin you go :( And YES head office will know about it too!!
Never answer phone when you call and most times I’ve been tablets are never ready
Having to wait well over 2 weeks everytime I need my monthly prescriptions is a joke. Totally incompetent, many items never arrived at all. Friends who fetch my prescription as they refuse to accommodate for the hearing impaired now refuse to go back as the staff are extremely rude. Edit* they are now refusing to serve my partner and are sending back his prescriptions as I wrote this review.
Whenever I have phoned or asked the pharmacist for advice, I have been listened to patiently; have been asked relevant questions; and been treated with professionalism, friendliness and, most importantly, good advice. The staff at the pharmacy have always been friendly and professional. They suggested that I sign up to get a text message to inform me when my prescription is ready for collection. This is very useful. A phone call is all that was needed to have my prescription delivered when I was too sick to collect it myself. I cannot praise the pharmacists and the staff enough for the service they provide. Thank you.
