“Amazing service as usual!! Under my eye and cheek were swelling due to an infection. I was promptly seen, and top advise was given as well as a recommendation for an eye ointment. The gentleman pharmacist was very reassuring especially as I had been sent from another pharmacy to 111, to the GP receptionist, back to 111 I've used this pharmacy before and have always received top service. “Roxy's first time visiting on all paws, all clean, she smells great, nails clipped and ears cleaned. Staff were pleasant and I regularly visit the shop for the great selection of treats so we picked some up to take home with us. Beagles are very good at getting stinky but she's all good now, we will be returning in the future.”

“My husband and I visited the store today to pick up a few things for our three dogs, and we were lucky enough to be helped by a lovely lady named Susan. She was absolutely amazing – friendly, fun, and incredibly knowledgeable. We were looking for flea treatments, and Susan pointed out that the one we usually buy wasn’t actually the most effective. She took the time to explain the differences and recommended a better option that actually saved us money too! “Our handsome cat Teddy needed to visit the vets as he was limping and would not put his paw down. After a consultation with one of the vets, Zoe, it was decided he needed treatment. Zoe was amazing, everything was explained fully including different procedures and prices. Teddy is a very timid cat but she was super fabulous with him. She put both him and us at ease.
