   I visited the Boots in Four Seasons Shopping Centre, Mansfield, on Saturday 21st September. I was browsing perfumes for my wedding day, and I just want to give a huge shout out to Rani. She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect fragrance. She allowed me to sample all the perfumes I was interested in, and gave me suggestions based on my likes and dislikes. She was friendly, patient, and very helpful!

   I was looking for beauty products for a birthday present for my beautiful teenage granddaughter. A saleswoman, not much older and with similar looks, chose a range of make-up that she would use herself, within a rough price range I provided, which was perfect. My granddaughter will love them, and I know they will be the right colours, shades and texture for her. My son received successful help from another saleswoman, too, on this visit. I've always found the staff at this branch very helpful, whether at the checkouts, on the shop floor or at the pharmacy. The store is in a good location and there's a 'pay by the hour' multistorey carpark above, Excellent for Xmas, birthday or everyday shopping.

   I visited with a discrepancy from my previous purchase. The deputy manager was really helpful, he quickly resolved the issue. He and the staff team were friendly and approachable too. The store stocks a good range of fragrance, beauty and body products. They offer baby and health produce and have onsite pharmacy and photography too. Would highly recommend this store.

   Quite an out dated shop compared to others elsewhere. Boots loyalty cards are absolutely fantastic. And points are put on automatically. One downside that I got recently was 20 questions while buying a box of solphadene. To my surprise the pharmacist told me I couldn't buy anymore until I was consulted by my doctor. She was quite snotty.

   Clean and tidy. Staff are always happy to help and polite. Most things kept well stocked. The pharmacy here is good for the most part other than one staff member who is often rude to customers, most things kept in stock but sometimes have to wait till later same day for deliveries or next day at latest.

   Excellent service from really professional but friendly and approachable staff. The pharmacy is located within the Boots store and it is really big and well stocked - I tried four other pharmacies for my prescription and they had to order it in... I called the Boots pharmacy team on the phone number via Google Maps and got through to a member of staff in store really swiftly. The Boots store itself is big and well stocked with perfumes, electrical goods, opticians and other services.
