“I had to write a review because I was so impressed and grateful for the fantastic service I received today from Reece. It was first time in years I have booked a holiday and I was really anxious. I am so glad I went into the branch today as everyone was welcoming as soon as I got walked in. Reece was professional, patient and knowledgeable. He has helped me to find and secure a holiday with all the requirements I had. He matched the online price but also went above and beyond to help me navigate through everything. Reece was attentive, kind and really put me at ease. I wish I could explain how brilliant he was! Highly recommended if you need someone to help guide you when you have requirements as his knowledge was invaluable. A real credit to Tui and someone I will always go to for future bookings. “My front upvc door mechanism failed. I know nothing about this sort of thing and after being let down by two locksmiths and another quoting me over £300 i thought i'd have a go myself. So i dismantled it all (8 screws), found this store online and visited them taking all the bits with me. They replaced the broken part for me and within 30 mins my front door was working perfectly again. Amazing service and I totally reccomend them and will use them again. Very happy. :)”

Any problem has quickly and efficiently dealt with, they even held the kitchen until we were ready for it and delivered it the day our Kitchen fitter asked for! We really cannot thank them enough!”

“I took in my battered but comfortable firetrap brown boots. New soles and some stitching they're like brand new. Im glad I didn't get them polished as I like the "patina" look. So comfortable and well repaired . Im glad I found this little shop as I'll be taking my boots there from now on if they can be saved”
