   I’d just started having a couple of items from here but not any more! The lady is very friendly but the young lad on the counter is completely ignorant, and unfriendly. I went in to collect a “click and collect” item which I ordered on Friday. The website clearly said that the item would be ready after 10 am on Tuesday and would be held for 48 hours. So I went in Wednesday morning. Well………….you’d have thought I’d pissed in his cup of tea!! He never said hello, thank you, goodbye ……..nothing. I was as polite and friendly as anything and was completely ignored by this individual. Not the service I’d expect from anywhere. At one point he went into the office, without explaining anything to me, and left me standing there waiting for my receipt. He was clearly moaning to his boss (I presume) about the fact that the item had been on the shelf for longer than he thought was correct. READ YOUR OWN WEBSITE!! He came out and thrust my receipt at me without even a grunt? I left saying “nice and friendly “ under my breath. Needless to say I’ll not be back!!

   Mansfield 1:20 pm, 12/05/25. Despite ringing the door, twice and the counter bell, twice, they felt the need to ignore me was greater than to relieve me of some money. Money I might add, that goes some way to paying their wages. So, mistakenly, I thought these were better than Euro Car Parts. Euro, however, were absolutely brilliant and gave me a good price on the timing kit, brakes and discs all round and a service pack for my Z4. I'll not trouble GSF anymore, both with my custom, and therefore by default, any review. Z4 are expensive to run and maintain. Obviously GSF are only worthy of Zero stars, but but default they get 1. Pretty unfair to be honest.

   Good prices and the website easy to use. The uncomplicated confirmation if the part fits your vehicle with no unnecessary information was a blessing. Order placed for collection, turned up, gave order details and parts collected in a matter minutes. Cheekily asked if I'd ordered the right parts, which they were happy to do. A simple transaction and will be my go to for next time for sure.

   very poor, opened a trade account cash on delivery then the manger took upon himself to put it on a weekly account, he then decided to put or credit limit up and then demanded payment immediately when we again reached this with no statement to check our credits off. we paid our bill he then decided to lower our limit again on his devices and made out he was doing us a favour! we now don't use gsf due to poor management, hope his superiors are happy with him as we was in the process of signing up to there management system and would of been spending approx. 5k a month with them. we run our garage professionally and expect statements to be sent out so we can check and pay, not have the manager bellowing from the other side of the room whilst on the phone to a sales agent demanding payment! waited years for a gsf branch to open. what a disappointment!
