“My front upvc door mechanism failed. I know nothing about this sort of thing and after being let down by two locksmiths and another quoting me over £300 i thought i'd have a go myself. So i dismantled it all (8 screws), found this store online and visited them taking all the bits with me. They replaced the broken part for me and within 30 mins my front door was working perfectly again. Amazing service and I totally reccomend them and will use them again. Very happy. :)”

“A long term electrical problem that had my car off the road was unrepairable by my local garage. At their suggestion I had it moved to Neil Harrod where Simon diagnosed and repaired it in 2 hours. As it needed MOT Simon made arrangements and put it through MOT for me with a final bill for the repair and taking it for the MOT that was very reasonable. Hope I don't need them again but if I do I will be confident in their service from this experience.”
