Awesome is how I would describe Neil Harrod AES. My Honda CRZ went in for a suspected electrical fault on the aircon. The guys ran diagnostics but found that there were no electrical issues. Rather than just hand it back with the aircon still not working, they suspected an issue with the AC compressor clutch gap being too big. They went the extra mile by dismantling the clutch assembly, removed some shims and the aircon was fixed. Outstanding service. Their first class reputation is well deserved. Thanks guys.
A long term electrical problem that had my car off the road was unrepairable by my local garage. At their suggestion I had it moved to Neil Harrod where Simon diagnosed and repaired it in 2 hours. As it needed MOT Simon made arrangements and put it through MOT for me with a final bill for the repair and taking it for the MOT that was very reasonable. Hope I don't need them again but if I do I will be confident in their service from this experience.
