Disappointed to get home and find the tool box damaged. Staff were helpful, and an exchange made. After a 20 mile round trip with no good will gesture, left a bitter taste through no fault of my own.
Great customer service, excellent friendly staff (Sam) I was contacted several weeks after making a purchase instore, to be informed that due to a pricing/item error I was owed some money/refund. Their due diligence and attention to detail to contact and rectify this situation in my opinion was amazing and honest. Definitely recommend the Mansfield store.

This is a great shop which is very well stocked with all types of tools and machines from a wide range of industries. I have purchased tools from Machine Mart on many occasions and have always found them to be good value for money. The staff at this machine mart are always very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell. There is a decent car park at this shop which makes shopping here a little bit more convenient.

I rang this morning needing a battery jump starter urgently. I'd checked online and was calling to confirm they had it in stock. They said they had it in stock and I arranged to collect. When I got to the store the staff had started charging the unit for me! And they had found a same-spec cheaper unit (also charged up) so I could choose which I wanted. Brilliant service - thank you!
