   Ordered a part at 09:05 and was told it would be ready for collection at 11:30. Drove to the branch and was told the person that took the order got it wrong and wouldn’t be able to collect till 12:30. I asked for delivery and bluntly told no. I said better staff training is required if they got it wrong I was then told to call customer services instead of giving them lip. Poor service.

   Right, so me and me mate Dave – top lad, bit of a whizz with tools, just needs a bit of extra help with the finer details – decided to give the motor a bit of a makeover. We’d been lookin’ for some decent hubcaps that didn’t cost more than the car itself, y’know what I mean? Found this car parts site online, looked alright. No faff, prices were decent, and the set of four caps we ordered turned up quicker than a cuppa goes cold on a Monday morning. Dave nearly lost his mind – thought it was Christmas and he’d just pulled a PS5 out of the box. We fitted ’em out on the car park during break – me, Dave, a plastic trim tool, and some bloke looking on like we were fixin’ up a F1 motor. Clicked in like a dream, no swearing needed (well, maybe a little). Dave was beamin’. Said it looked peng. So yeah – five stars from us. Solid quality, fair price, and good people. If we ever need more bits to tart up the old banger, we know where we’re headed. Dave reckons it adds at least 15mph to the look of the car. Job’s a good ’un. Cheers lads, — Mr. FTC & Young Dave.

   Purchased order online, had to exchange as part selected was incorrect. Returned for correct part, paying the difference between the parts got home. The item collected condition was used and put in the box. Called the store to find out if they can replace yes but my cost of petrol. When this wasnt my fault and was actually the depot who gave me 2nd hand wiper blade. My old wiper blade is is in better condition than the one provided by store.

   Euro car parts Mansfield is easily accessible has anything for your motoring needs and quick service , no queues and always the correct part , exchanges and refunds have alway been easy Great staff friend had a problem with. But they sorted every out and tried there hardest while they was sorting it. And they are just a phone call away from having and getting what ever you need I always go here never any problems. I recommend 100%
