   My child has autism and is non verbal. The staff were amazing and understood their needs without question. They spoke to them and even though they wouldn't get a response from them, they didnt treat them any differently. The store was a little busy and as the online booking wont allow us to chose a during school appointment, I got told by a lovely lady that if I was to call the store, they would allow me to make an appointment for when it was a little quieter to accommodate my child. They really did go above and beyond.

   Paid nearly £200 for a pair of glasses that when they came after I’d been sat having them fitted left deep imprints in my skull causing me immense pain as ive complex regional pain syndrome 24hrs later I had to go back where they tried again to make them fit and failed so had to wait for the manager to come back about 40 mins to get a refund, surely at point of sale the “professional “ should have said they are to tight let’s try others which at that point she would have found none of your stick fitted my head hence I wouldn’t of wasted all that time waiting for them to arrive etc to be back in the position I was before I walked through the door. Negative word of mouth is the worse as folk remember oh Tony went there and this happened so we’ll go elsewhere

   I could not find any fault from having the initial eye test/scan, which was then followed up by the excellent advise not only of the type of lenses but the style of frame. The staff at this branch are exceptional, I wish I could name them personally. After having a most truly positive experience, I recommended & accompanied a close friend of mine to take her prescription to the Mansfield branch (Gillian Shaw) as expected Gill was more than satisfied with the high level of service. Being ladies of a certain age, yes there was a lot of banter but the staff whilst engaging conformed in a very professional manner. Big shout out to Mr. Andrew Day, my first time ever having varifocal lenses, he made sure I did not leave the store until I was happy with the choice result and leaving an open invitation to return should I have any issues in the future. I wish I had this advise years ago, I LOVE THEM :)

   Fantastic service. Optition Dr Potts (i think) was very good very experienced. Laura was so helpful with choosing my daughters glasses. Took time and helped her find the right pair. Previous optitions never gave my daughter this much time and help choosing her glasses. Laura also was their on collection and again gave us so much time to ensure they fitted correctly and my Daughter Rose was happy. Thank you Specsavers

   Friendly staff but most was seen to be stood around just talking to each other alot instead of seeing customers quicker, we had a long wait & we arrived before it even got busy plus a cpl was just stood with pin boards in their hands x

   Good service, friendly staff both of us done on time for pre checks and actual eye test. Good chat with optician "not rushed" so happy people. Glasses arrived on date promised but we got waylaid and missed appointment but phoning next day new appointment was set and kept to, glasses fine so happy wife.

   Good service from Mansfield Specsavers, two for one frames and lenses great deal. Eye test and other appointments all on time, very little waiting. All the staff where excellent, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.
