“Our handsome cat Teddy needed to visit the vets as he was limping and would not put his paw down. After a consultation with one of the vets, Zoe, it was decided he needed treatment. Zoe was amazing, everything was explained fully including different procedures and prices. Teddy is a very timid cat but she was super fabulous with him. She put both him and us at ease. Cannot recommend Carrick vets enough. Thanks to Zoe for being simply fabulous.”

“I have been visiting Alina for the past few weeks regarding shoulder pain and wrist pain. She has significantly improved my shoulder pain to the point where I do not need pain killers any more. I am not fully recovered yet but i am so much better than i was. It is a relief not to be in so much pain. They were extremely helpful considering I am in a wheelchair. They packed my shopping while also having a laugh with me. Top lads. Can’t thank them enough.”

“After just joining this surgery after leaving middleton lodge of 19 yrs, I was expecting to be treated the same which was disrespectful and very uncaring but I was wrong, the doctor i see here Dr Gopi is the most caring pleasant doctor I have ever known, and the reception staff and administrators are absolutely lovely and kind. “After experiencing a long-term and extremely challenging bout of Covid-like symptoms last year, I was left feeling 'out of sorts' for months. Following several visits to the doctors in an attempt to address these persistent symptoms (tiredness, exhaustion, headaches, brain fog, ear/nose/sinus issues, muscle/joint pain etc.) to no avail, a friend recommended that I should go and see an Osteopath. This recommendation turned out to be fantastic, and after only a few sessions with Li I started to feel instantly better. I went with very little expectation, but through a combination of different therapies (including craniosacral), it somehow did the trick. I am now completely recovered, but intend to continue visiting Li and BTST on a regular basis as the service is so excellent. As expected, the injury took a while to resolve but every session (coupled with the accompanying exercise programme) resulted in improvement. It’s no exaggeration to say that I thought my running days were over but I’m back out there again, completely free of discomfort. The only thing I’d do differently if I get another injury is to book in sooner.”
