“This pharmacy and the staff are great they are so professional but also extremely friendly I have never had a long wait for a prescription but I do understand if they are really busy you may need to wait a little longer the products are nice and cheap which is what you need in this day and age of saving money I would recommend this pharmacy to everyone the staff are awesome and the head pharmacist is brilliant I took my brother in for an opinion on a bad ere and he sorted him out and pointed him in the right direction thanks again for everything !!”

“Exceptional service. I was trying to get an emergency prescription for my Mum when the GP phone lines weren't working. I was advised to use 111, they issued the prescription, retained the delivery driver and made an individual delivery and kept me informed. They also managed my panic. Thank you so much Rowlands' staff: you went above and beyond your responsibilities.”

“The staff are extremely friendly and their local knowledge is fantastic. Being a Village it is difficult to find people who don't know each other lol. The staff in this particular pharmacy or excellent in particular the pharmacist Jamie. Focused driven talented and very fine bedside manner is the only opinion you will come away with. I have a lot of medications and they telephone me every month to check what I need to order they order it and because of my disability they deliver it sometimes without hassle and that kind of service is fantastic. They really do serve the community and they are a credit to their brand and owners.”

Then registered our children and booked their checkup for the same week. Checkup and treatment appointment was only 2 days apart! Overall really good however the wait to be seen was around 30 minutes. Highly recommend”

“Ive read many of the 1 and 2 star reviews about this practice and can't help but think of the several Drs surgeries in Mansfield that I have previously been a patient of. You're all very lucky that you are not registered there. One of the most frustrating things about getting to see a Dr is the COVID restrictions that although many ppl seem to think is over, it's still very much part of life. Agreed many companies have used this as an excuse for their short comings but personally I don't believe the NHS has at any level. Since moving home and surgeries I have had a number of nurse appointments and several phone calls from them regarding my health. The level of care has been second to none and so much better than my previous experience over the past 27 years in Mansfield. It's not perfect but with the number of patients on their books and an ever ageing population, it is certainly understandable that there will be unsatisfied ppl in the community.”

“Just come out of an appointment with Dr McGlashan, he was really attentive and listened to me thoroughly, didn’t make me feel any type of way or diminish my concerns (unlike some doctors I have spoken to). He explained his concerns to me and sent me a link to read about what I went in for, booked me in for blood tests and prescribed me medication. :)”
