“Never had a problem at this Sainsbury's. Staff are very polite, helpful and friendly. We're on first name terms with most of the staff because we go in there so much. 99.9% of the time, the items we want are stocked. My only gripe is that dirty people feel the need to smoke in front of the entrances thus leaving the area stinking as well as your clothes. This obviously isn't Sainsbury's fault but it is rather annoying. We think it's a great place to shop.”

Sometimes you stumble and have to take a step back and review things, but after a while you begin to see a new world opening up to you; a spring in your step and feeling of well-being that you perhaps have never felt before. That was what happened to me. Cheryl combined different types of therapy and counselling techniques to give me great resources, which I use whenever I need. The work we did together gave me back my confidence and self-esteem but also taught me to look after me! I learnt to value myself for the first time in years; gave up striving constantly for perfection, and found new ways to prevent myself from feeling under pressure. Instead of the usual ‘yes’, I’m now capable of saying ’no’, or ’not today’ whenever I know it's right for my own well-being! Thank you, Cheryl, for your understanding and indeed your friendship; for helping me with the next chapter of my life and to reach for the light at the end of what once was a rather narrow tunnel.
