    Trying to pay for my item was a joke. Lots of staff walking around and 1 person at the till with people waiting. I gave up in the end as only had 15 mins for my break and put item back. Very poor management

    This is a review for the pharmacy, not the boots store. Spoke to the pharmacist today 20/9 face to face. Had an infected insect bite, pharmacist confirmed bite infected but due to being bit 'abroad' she couldn't prescribe antibiotics and that this was apparently 'UK pharmacy guidelines'. Luckily went to orchard pharmacy who prescribed there and then and informed me if left a few days longer would turn septic.

Olivia was so lovely, really helpful and knowledgeable and even helped me get a free palette with what I was buying. Thank you so much for helping me and being so kind!

    Item was sold out shelf so was told to go to get from the pharmacy. Que'd up for 10 minutes behind the people collecting prescriptions with one women serving, when all I wanted to get would take 2 seconds. When it was my turn I tried to say it's only an off the shelf item and she walks off without saying anything . Rude. Wouldn't come back here.

    This is a review for the pharmacy in boots, not the boots store itself. I don’t usually leave reviews on things, but this was quite frustrating and upsetting. Following a callback from 111, I was advised to go to my nearest pharmacy for a consultation and get over the counter antibiotics. I waited in a queue for 40 minutes for the pharmacy, baring in mind there was only about 3 people in front of me when I first got there. By the time I was finally seen at the counter, the person I spoke to completely just sent me away and said he was not going to be doing a consultation for me as it was too busy now a big queue had formed. He had no compassion in speaking to me. I understand things happen but a simple β€œI apologise but we are extremely busy and we prioritise prescriptions over consultations so I can’t do it today’ would’ve been nice. I just got a complete NO I’m not doing it! And a lot of shaking his head no before I’d even finished speaking. I suffer quite bad with the reason I’m needing antibiotics, so a very upsetting situation and also a lot of wasted time.

    I went to this store yesterday to buy some stuff for my baby. I could not find what I was looking for, asking for a few members of staff. First one did not want to check at the back saying it was stock out and other group of them having a chatting group not being very proactive to ask for help after being 10 min walking around. Before leaving the place, the person in charge with security (Paul) came with the product in his hands! He was listening the conversation with the first member of staff and went to the stockroom inside! Also he showed me the second product I was looking for. Absolutely five stars to this person. I worked in retail many years and this is the type of people every single store manager is looking for his team. Thank you Paul for your hardworking and dedication

    Poor experience here. Several huge trollies parked in front of nappies which I needed to look at had to get them moved. Asked for an item on pharmacy but they insisted it was on shelves I know its not .. at till problem with someone wanting to pay for a bottle of water 10 min wait customer service 0

    Order collection not arrived, not the stores fault, but customer service is key and a shoddy rendition was received! Boots you have gone downhill. As at 20th Feb I’m still waiting for a refund Boots customer service is terrible they don’t answer the phone or emails! 22 Feb finally managed to talk to someone, refunds have been accepted but could take upto 30days before back on my account. STILL NOT HAD PROPER EMAIL RESPONSE. BOOTS YOU ARE APPALLING, NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN
