Was a patient for over 30 years but I became ill and could not attend I was removed and can no longer go. I now find myself on the NHS waiting list which up to yet I've been waiting 18 months. Not happy at all.
l recently visited this dentist for the first time with my wife, and we were both very impressed. The receptionist was polite and welcoming, which set a positive tone for our visit. The dentist was polite and knowledgeable, which really helped me feel completely at ease during my appointment. I appreciated her thorough explanations and the care she took throughout the process. My family have been visting the practice for several years after being with other less conscientious and more franchise style dentists after my dentist sold up and retired. We have consistently been well cared for after finding this absolutely gem of a place with values at the core. Processes, costs and outcomes are always explained and gentle care applied even to the most invasive of treatments, such as extractions, corrective dentistry and root canal The family look forward to going; if that is a thing, such is the investment and value you feel as a patient. Thank you to the entire team for all you do for us and despite being NHS clients, we never feel like we get 3rd class care. A wonderful practice that genuinely cares about what they do.

I was in excruciating pain with a wisdom tooth . I had been suffering with no sleep and had a 5 month old baby with me. I rang 111 who advised I go to this dentist. When I arrived and tried to ring for a appointment the woman on the phone was so rude. Said No were full. Didn’t listen to me. Didnt give any advice . Her whole attitude towards me was that I was a nuisance. Sack who ever you have answering phones. Her customer service skills are atrocious!!! Wish I got her name. Kirkby Dental practice got me in. As I was very upset !! Still suffering now 5 days on with my mouth. Although slowly getting better. You don’t need this bad attitude when your in agony !!!!
Advised by 111 to contact Diamond Avenue team. The team are lovely and Janet was helpful in sorting an appointment for the same day. Debbie and Sam were very professional and friendly, could not have asked for better or more efficient treatment
Can't thank the staff at the practice enough, Debbie and Sam took care of me from the moment I walked through the door, I'm incredibly needle phobic and they looked after me like I was family. Thank you to all the staff for removing my wisdom tooth and making sure I was ok afterwards, the sticker made me smile too. Honestly can't thank the staff enough, if I could give more stars I would.
I came here for an emergency appointment, I didn't have to wait long at all and the dentist was so nice and friendly, I was always scared of the dentist before but I will definitely go back he made me feel so at ease. The aftercare he gave me was spot on and it is healing nicely. Can't thank you enough.
