I really enjoy outdoor circuit training and do 3-4 sessions a week. Naturally, you can pick up the odd injury given the volume and intensity of the workout and when I have unfortunately pulled or damaged something, Matt has always helped me with my recovery and getting back to 100%. Fantastic service with top results. The option of home appointments is a great bonus when stretched for time. Highly recommend if you suffer a sports related injury.

Matthew really listens to my problems I have with my neck and back. He treats the problem but then helps with preventative measures to ensure that the problems stay away.
