Alina quickly identified the issue and prescribed a host of exercises and stretches that, over about 2 months, dramatically improved my condition. I'm not 100% yet but feel confident that, as long as I continue with my daily routine, I'll get there, and it's really nice to be able to say that after struggling for so long!

   Earlier this year I was suffering with excruciating pain in my right shoulder that radiated down to my elbow with constant tingling in my fingertips. It was affecting my sleep and everyday life. From my very first session, Alina at Sano Physiotherapy was amazing. She quickly diagnosed the root cause and tailored each session to target the different symptoms I was experiencing. Week by week the pain eased, the tingling subsided, and full movement returned. Alina is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her patients' recovery. Liam provided me with manageable weekly exercises and guidance/feedback and massage, which have been very effective in aiding my recovery from neck/back pain.
