She wasn’t pushy at all, like a lot of private clinics can be and she was very knowledgable. I’ve now had treatment with both of the ladies that work here Karen and Kelly. They are both the most knowledgable, friendly and honest people you will ever meet. Very pleased and will be returning.”

“After experiencing a long-term and extremely challenging bout of Covid-like symptoms last year, I was left feeling 'out of sorts' for months. Following several visits to the doctors in an attempt to address these persistent symptoms (tiredness, exhaustion, headaches, brain fog, ear/nose/sinus issues, muscle/joint pain etc.) to no avail, a friend recommended that I should go and see an Osteopath. This recommendation turned out to be fantastic, and after only a few sessions with Li I started to feel instantly better. I went with very little expectation, but through a combination of different therapies (including craniosacral), it somehow did the trick. I am now completely recovered, but intend to continue visiting Li and BTST on a regular basis as the service is so excellent. “Vee sorted out a heel injury that had stopped me running and had developed into something that was restricting my ability to walk. As expected, the injury took a while to resolve but every session (coupled with the accompanying exercise programme) resulted in improvement. It’s no exaggeration to say that I thought my running days were over but I’m back out there again, completely free of discomfort. The only thing I’d do differently if I get another injury is to book in sooner.”

“I have been visiting Alina for the past few weeks regarding shoulder pain and wrist pain. She has significantly improved my shoulder pain to the point where I do not need pain killers any more. I am not fully recovered yet but i am so much better than i was. It is a relief not to be in so much pain. “We have tried a few different places for swim lessons for my 4 year old son, who can become overwhelmed in noisy group environments. He can struggle sometimes with staying on task too. This place is perfect, everyone is so welcoming and professional. Every minute of the lesson is focused on the child and the lesson is adapted as required to keep it fun and interesting. My son has been taught by Debbie and Janet, both are so patient and nurturing. It’s clear to see they really enjoy what they do. “I’m not sure how long Rory has been treating me, definitely over 5 years. I see Rory on average every 3 weeks, mainly it’s just a maintenance session. Being a tree surgeon for all of my life, I constantly get minor injuries, seeing Rory really helps me keep on top of any issues before they become too serious. I’ve also had some pretty serious injuries as well, 3 years ago I completely ruptured my hamstring and needed it reattaching. Through this very difficult period Rory was invaluable, he set out my recovery plan, helped me with all the rehabilitation and training I needed as well as first class treatment. “I have been having chiropractic treatment with Lee Goodwin for the last 7 years. He has made sure that all my skeletal frame is straight and massages my muscles to keep my body moving freely. He has released trapped nerves and also explained why I was having migraines. Since implementing his advice I have had no further migraines and the daily exercises enable me to keep as loose as possible throughout the day. I would recommend a regular 6 week maintenance with Lee because its great value for money and there is a great feeling of pressure release when my bones are cracked (make the popping sound)”
