They are both the most knowledgable, friendly and honest people you will ever meet. Very pleased and will be returning.”

“After experiencing a long-term and extremely challenging bout of Covid-like symptoms last year, I was left feeling 'out of sorts' for months. Following several visits to the doctors in an attempt to address these persistent symptoms (tiredness, exhaustion, headaches, brain fog, ear/nose/sinus issues, muscle/joint pain etc.) to no avail, a friend recommended that I should go and see an Osteopath. This recommendation turned out to be fantastic, and after only a few sessions with Li I started to feel instantly better. “Vee sorted out a heel injury that had stopped me running and had developed into something that was restricting my ability to walk. As expected, the injury took a while to resolve but every session (coupled with the accompanying exercise programme) resulted in improvement. It’s no exaggeration to say that I thought my running days were over but I’m back out there again, completely free of discomfort. The only thing I’d do differently if I get another injury is to book in sooner.”

“We have tried a few different places for swim lessons for my 4 year old son, who can become overwhelmed in noisy group environments. He can struggle sometimes with staying on task too. This place is perfect, everyone is so welcoming and professional. Every minute of the lesson is focused on the child and the lesson is adapted as required to keep it fun and interesting. My son has been taught by Debbie and Janet, both are so patient and nurturing. It’s clear to see they really enjoy what they do.
