Lindsey has helped me through a very tough time, and through past demons as well as current . I can honestly say that she has been so helpful, understanding and supportive. I can honestly say that without Lindsey’s help and guidance I have no idea where I would be today. I highly recommend anyone who may need help from all kinds of levels and need guidance as well as an understanding of mental blocks/problems. I can’t thank her enough for helping bring out the person I’m ment to be.

I went to Lindsey at a point in my life where I couldn’t see any inkling of a future for myself. Now I see bad days as just days and not permanent rainclouds, and Lindsey sits on a bench in my brain reminding me of the work I have done and the kindness I am capable of showing myself. Her support and flexibility is second to none and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

I saw Lindsey for person-centred therapy and found it to be an incredibly helpful and supportive experience. We explored a range of issues including my ADHD diagnosis, self-esteem, and difficulties with boundaries. She really helped me understand the way I think and how that might be affecting different areas of my life. She struck a perfect balance of being friendly and professional, which made it easy to open up. I always felt safe and truly listened to in our sessions. Her kindness, encouragement and insight were such a valuable part of my progress—and I still think back to some of the tools and perspectives she helped me build. Also, I have to say I absolutely loved her canine therapy assistants—they brought so much warmth to the space and I still miss them! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a safe, grounded, and genuinely caring therapist.

So many positive things I could say about Lindsey. I’ve been going to her for about a year fortnightly up until recently. She offered me a safe space where I felt comfortable to open up about everything. She is so understanding and comforting and offered me validation and support in so many ways. She taught me so many tools to help navigate different aspects of my life and I am now at a place that I thought I’d never be at. I’m so grateful for all the help and support she has given me over the last year.

I have so many positive things to say about my experience over the last year of having therapy with Lindsey. I had a lot of trauma due to various life events and was at a stage that I didn't have any hope of ever feeling better and overcoming it. Lindsay has been like a light in the dark and helped me through in a very understanding and professional way. I feel I have learnt a lot about my life experiences and how they were continuing to affect me and what to do to overcome them. Lindsay offers a safe space to be able to fully open up and get to the root of ongoing difficulties. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lindsay to anyone who needs help by means of therapy. I can never find the words to say how thankful I am for Lindsay. I finally look to the future positively and in a different mindset.

Working with Lindsey has been a revelation. I contacted her, desperate, at the endings of my marriage, completely lost and unable to see a future past Christmas. I am here now 6 months later, strong, focused, and absolutely clear in my decisions and I say will full and absolute certainty that I wouldn’t have been here if it wasn’t for Lindsey. She is amazing - each session I felt more and more hope and k would recommend her to anyone in need of support or guidance through a difficult situation or life period.

I began counselling with Lindsey in May of 2021. After working with her in the last year I can confidently say I am better mentally than I was before starting. I understand myself and my body/brain better and how my trauma and past life experiences affect me. Lindsey was always well informed, a calming and positive presence. She always made sure that I knew I was in control and I couldn’t have felt more comfortable around her. She provided great resources for me to look at in regards to things that were spoken about in sessions. Before starting my journey I would have never thought I could have achieved what I have with her guidance. She’s amazing at what she does and I wish her all the best.

Lindsey is an open-minded, non-judgemental counsellor with an incredible ability to hold space (even remotely). She me to feel safe and supported while we explored some issues that had been ongoing for me. My sessions with Lindsey helped me to get to the root of many of the issues that I had hoped to address. I have plenty of further work to do but Lindsey’s sessions gave me the foundations I needed to continue my journey. As an LGBTQ+ person in a CNM/open relationship style, I felt comfortable and supported in discussing topics relating to these key aspects of my life. 100% recommend :)

I had never been to counselling or therapy before and therefore had no idea what I was really walking in to, but I knew that I needed someone out of my normal circle to really openly discuss my thoughts. From the very first moment, Lindsey made me feel very relaxed and comfortable in her tranquil and comfortable room. Throughout my session I felt at ease to talk about anything I needed to. She is massively supportive and amazing at what she does and I can not thank her enough for helping me on my journey. I would definitely recommend that anyone who has any part of their life (past or present) they have a question mark over, to get in contact with Lindsey. I wish all the best to whoever is reading this, and to Lindsey too. Thank you once more! Olivia
