   My daughter has anxiety, and is very nervous of visiting the dentist! The dentist she saw today was absolutely lovely, she had a very calm nature which put my daughter at ease.    Not great, never managed to see the same dentist twice. Payment taken prior to the appointment which was then rescheduled by the practice for a reason not specified. Arrived slightly late for the rearranged appointment , waited a further 8 minutes at reception to check in to then be told I would not be seen. Was then given a refund which could take a further 10 days. If you want a practice with a smile and welcome, find somewhere else.

   What can i say, nothing negative at all. If you are like me and have real fear of the dentist, then this is the place for you. From the receptionists to the dental nurses, to the dentists themselves, they are all awesome. Alex has helped me get over my fear, and throughout the extensive work I have had done has been patient and understanding. I will not hesitate to come back in the future, which im sure i will need to. If i could give 10 out of 5 stars i would. Thank you so much, all of you!!

   I enrolled my child as a private patient due to her having some discomfort with her teeth. The dentist (Alex) suggested an extraction and did not wait for the area to become numb before ripping her tooth out. I now have a traumatised child who is terrified of going to the dentist. Would not recommend.

   Telephone staff rude and abrupt, or at least the one I had the displeasure of speaking to. That was enough to make me book my services elsewhere. First impressions will always be important, if you cannot even provide a good one of those then I would not bother. Plenty of reputable dentists in the Mansfield area to choose from anyway, without a nasty attitude.

   I have got to say this is the best dental practice I have ever attended. Najwan is my dental practitioner and she is so kind and attentive. Whenever I visit she always talks me through what is best for my teeth and my gum health! She advises me of treatments that are available without making me feel obligated and those she has used have made me so proud of my smile. The reception team and everyone in the surgery is also incredibly friendly and accommodating and my nerves are always quelled when I visit. Honestly, cannot recommend this practice enough! :) Thank you all!

   Appointments frequently get cancelled either on or the day before your appointment. You then have no option but to ring up and rearrange at which point the waiting list is back at numerous weeks! Very frustrating! On the plus side when you finally do see someone the care is good.

   Joined the practice as I relocated to Nottinghamshire and required a dentist. Went through the MyDentist Affordable private scheme so I could get my filings replaced and a general check up. Although costly going private, it has been well worth the extra spend. The treatment I have received has been 5*, Alex the dentist was amazing and very considerate of what I wanted and needed, she was considerate of my nervousness and explained everything. The dental nurses are professional and reassuring during treatment. I did not feel pressured into treatment and even though deposits were required, I did not mind this and was not pressured into paying in full at the time of booking. The reception team are polite and pleasant and there is generally a nice atmosphere in waiting room. Very happy with my choice of dental practice.
