   After neglecting my dental care for some years I was apprehensive about my treatment. However, i knew I couldn't put it off any more. Shahzad was very professional and spoke with care and gave an honest treatment plan with many options, I felt relaxed and at ease. I went for an examination only but he was very careful and made sure not to prod aggressively and that my teeth weren't to sensitive, continually asking if I felt any pain. The receptionist was very helpful and went over everything again before I left and was patient when I took forever to fill in my information on arrival. Very good experience overall.

   All the dental staff are professional, understanding and caring, they go out of their way to put you at ease. They explaine what they are doing and why they are doing it. I was able to talk to my dentist about my treatment and the way to proceed. No rush no hurry up. A good experience.

   Had an emergency extraction today, the receptionist went above and beyond to get me in after phoning the week before. The dentist and nurse were amazing and so reassuring throughout and made it as comfy as could given the circumstances. Overall amazing experience

   All of the staff are welcoming and friendly and every appointment has ran on time. I can’t recommend Sampanna enough, I was very nervous for a recent extraction and he made feel so at ease! He is very patient, warming and professional and is a credit to the practice.

   Used to be a decent dentist. Don’t know if they still are as they refused to see my family during the pandemic, and told us they would be in touch when they were offering checkups and routine appointments again. Never bothered to contact us so we called them - apparently they have de-registered the entire family as NHS patients without even trying to make contact… apparently that’s our fault. But we can rejoin as private patients?!?

   Has gone done hill rapidly over last few years, the dentist we saw missed the hole I'm my sons tooth even though we could see it, too busy trying to sell my teeth whitening products. Husband has had his appointment cancelled 3 times for the work he desperately needs. Won't be going here again.

   Very helpful and friendly, explain everything very thoroughly. However, phone call made re: additional treatment was not followed through as I was led to believe it would be. Treatment now delayed due to this. Practice was apologetic.
