   What a fantastic little dental practice Augustin and Clare were wonderful and calmed my nerves. Augustin was so gentle and kind which made the whole experience even better. It just shame I can’t bring the dog for a scale and polish, never mind the rest of the family are booked in. I highly recommend this practice, by the way the dental nurse on reception was also outstanding in the service she provided. 10/10 5 star ⭐

   Totally incompetent! Wasn't able to complete extraction, passing job on to another dentist to sort her mess out! Loads of bleeding, loads of pain, & she's got to go through it all again! & to top it all, they were going to extract the wrong tooth, thank God my daughter put her right on that one!!! Wouldn't take my dog there, disgusting treatment!!!

   The dentist itself is great but there's a serious issue with there phone number call operator service, constaly being told your caller number 1 and someone will be with you shortly , constantly being told this before finally giving up. Today I've tried twice to cancel an appointment for over an hour each time that is later today, being told number 1 in qué. I don't understand what is the issue there's always callers in qué before me when first put into this hold system like today I started caller number 4 in qué. I left a message by pressing 1 but unsure if this even works. Start of January I tried everyday upto 3 hrs few times being told number one in qué I had to go there in person to get a issue dealt with and get an appointment. Other than this phone issue I think it's a great dentist

   Come today with my husband and children. Receptionist absolutely uninterested, sighying before picking up the phone, they saying after oops I think her name was... oh well. The who building looks disgraceful, I appreciate from reviews I can see there's been a flood but does this mean general hygiene has to be low.

   Dreadful appointment system. This evening was the second appointment that has been cancelled without informing me. I even received reminders by text. I should have sent them reminders instead. However, great dentist when you can get to see them.

   My partner was booked here after ringing 111 yesterday for an emergency appointment. He has a past of not looking after his teeth until we got together with years of abusing energy drinks, fizzy pop and not brushing his teeth. However, he tries his best now considering he struggles badly with his mental health. The dentist he saw today asked how often he brushes his teeth, to then make out that my partner is a liar and that he doesn't take care of his teeth whatsoever. He told him that his oral health is atrocious, something which is very rude to say in the context of how it was said to someone who has been putting off going to the dentist for years due to anxiety. Have some empathy and compassion instead of judging patients for their past when they're trying their best nowadays. There is no excuse for being so rude, and there are much better ways to tell someone they need to try more without making someone feel ashamed.

   I paid £200 for teeth whitening. Initial appointment went ahead, and at the appointment the dentist said he was going to be off for 1 month, however, did book me in just before he broke up. I received a telephone call cancelling the appointment and was told no one else could see me in the next 4 weeks. On collecting my whitening kit was told to make an appointment in 2 weeks time. Receptionist booked it for 1 months time, and then that appointment was cancelled by text. Not a good service for £200, however happy with the whitening.
