I have been coming to this dental practice for quite some time now and would never, ever consider changing! I usually see Mr Santos, but on the odd occasion I have been seen by the other practitioners, and I only have positive things to say about them all. From the helpful, dynamic and caring receptionists, to the highly skilled and compassionate dental nurses, through to the the amazing Dentists themselves, I have not one bad word to say about anything at all! If you, like me, struggle with anxiety at the dentist, then this is the practice for you! It's always such a 'nice' experience in contrast to other past experiences that I've had. It's a very happy and calming atmosphere and I have to say that Mr Santos and his team are all very friendly, very caring and thoughtful. Mr Santos has done a lot of dental work for me, and I feel so blessed to have these professionals caring for me and looking after my teeth! Mr Santos certainly knows what he's doing and he is a definite expert in his field. He is very methodical and he is just brilliant at what he does. A perfectionist! He has fitted me a few crowns to date and they are immaculate. To be honest with you, I can't even remember which are crowns or which are my own teeth! He has such a calming persona, that I've very nearly fell asleep on his dentist's chair before! -That should speak volumes! I absolutely and totally 10000000% recommend this dental practice. I had a really positive experience at My Dentist Kirkby in Ashfield. I was a bit apprehensive at first but was quickly re-assured by Carmen and her assistant. I had both extractions and fillings and felt absolutely no pain during the procedures. Thanks to the reception staff who are very welcoming and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice for all your dental needs.
Absolutely lovely bunch of people that work here. Had to have 2 crowns removed and replaced and they did so without any issues and top quality.
Absolutely fantastic dentist. Dr Santos is amazing. No messing around, straight in and out. Explained everything and kept me calm. His assistant was also great. Much better than when I visited 3 years ago.
Never had a problem here, Dr Santos excellent. However for 2nd time my appointment has been cancelled by surgery. I get impression that they do not want to do NHS work as was offered a private appointment instead.
I’m a patient of over 30 years at this practice, they have changed name a lot but the care has been consistent. Michelle and Rachel have been there as long as I have been coming and are consistently kind and very professional. I feel lucky to have been a patient all these years.
