   I have just been into the Pharmacy to have my ear microsuctioned. I had suffered for a few weeks with blocked ears and no support from my GP it was really getting me down. The process from start to finish was amazing. Imran talked me through the whole process and was done it about 20 minutes (if that). I will definitely be recommending to others

   I just walked in as my little one was unwell and not himself. Less than 5 minutes found out he has ear infection and was already prescribed with medicine. Very happy with the service, availability and quickness of everything !! Saved me a lot of time and trouble

   Great pharmacy and fantastic staff. It's great to know that you can come at any time and get help straight away. Came with my son this morning as he had ear infection and high temperature. The Doctor seen us within 10 minutes of waiting and prescribed antibiotics. Fantastic service. For anyone tired of trying to get an appointment with GP, try this place as you won't be disappointed.    I recently visited this pharmacy to have my ear suctioned as it was completely blocked, and the experience was truly exceptional. Imran, the pharmacist, was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He explained every step of the procedure clearly and even took the time to show me what my ear looked like both before and after the suctioning, which was really reassuring. ​The cost was only £35, which is an excellent price for the quality of service provided—definitely the going rate, if not cheaper. I had a little bit of soreness immediately after the procedure, but it was completely gone by the next day. I felt like a new woman afterwards; it was amazing to be able to hear clearly again! Imran also provided comprehensive aftercare instructions. I would highly recommend this pharmacy and specifically Imran for this service.

   Was advised on the phone that they had penicillin, had to go to the pharmacy only to be fobbed off that they have none in stock and was clearly lied to that they did not tell me that they had it in stock. They even tried telling me that I must have imagined it. Awful service from people who do not care about the public.

   It's 29th August bank holiday, on your website it says you are open until 11pm, when I call you it says you are too busy to answer the phone and when I finally drove there you are closed!!! Is it so difficult to have the correct opening hours on your website???
