1. You will be lucky if they process your repeated prescription on time. Never happens. Not taking anything seriously. 2. You will be lucky if they book you in just to find out place is completely empty whilst waiting for appointment in the reception... 3. You will be lucky if you find car park space taking into consideration visitor places are taken by surgery employees and if you will dare to park in employee spots they will block your car immediately and push you to wait as punishment. Hard to believe - but that's reality.

Both my husband and myself have found this surgery amazing. The receptionist are always helpful and caring. If they say they will ring you back, they do. The nurses are wonderful and really know their stuff. The Doctor we met was faultless. Lovely friendly and caring manner. We've never had a problem getting an appointment with nurses or GP. Brilliant surgery

DO NOT COME HERE for the so called community dermatology clinic. Getting anybody to answer the phone is near impossible and when you do its a long wait and I wasted months with rounds of testing and returning to them only for them to finally refer me to the hospital. Then they don't mark it as Urgent and so I have just been told its another 10 month wait. I have lost my hearing due to my skin condition and have got infected skin on large parts of my body due the years of waiting.

I have posted on here already yet it seems to of been removed I have had medical info discussed without my consent also a dr in this surgery gave somebody a prescription and advised them to let me have some till my appointment with him and turns out I didn’t have it so was taking medication I didn’t need this surgery needs closing down the doctors are unprofessional and the receptionists here think that they are qualified doctors and are very rude I was out on the list for a call back and waited two days and didn’t get it so had to call back this surgery needs a whole new set of staff and the manager at work his surgery confirmed she has no medical qualifications or experience so I think it’s highly unethical that she is the manager of a surgery! I have taken myself my partner and children out of this surgery through fear of all of our safety

I have had several negative experiences when contacting this surgery. My daughter with young children is now too fearful to ring for an appointment so i ring on her behalf. The attitude and behaviour of reception staff is shocking. On one occasion I rang as soon as the surgery was meant to be open and for half an hour I was greeted by a recorded message. Staff finally answered and stated that they forgot to change the system over and had wondered why the phone lines were unusually quiet! Today i rang to discuss getting an appointment. I was spoken over and then the receptionist hung up on me! People with children and in deed any one with concerns regarding their health deserves to be treated with respect and empathy which is sadly lacking at this surgery. Current staff require training on how to treat human beings or they need dismissing and people be given a job who can do better....who actually want to be there.
