The dentist in this practice is amazing ☺️ kind , funny , none judging , he’s given me a perfect smile for Christmas .. excellent service , he is the only dentist I’ve ever felt comfortable with so thankyou
Very poorly run dentist, receptionists and dentists aren’t interested in the slightest in helping any of their customers with their dental health. Everything is too rushed trying to fit too many customers in and not getting the job done correctly leading to more prolonged pain on many occasions. Waste of time.
after being cancelled 4 times by the dentist! I arrived on time Stud in line for 5 minutes to be told I was too late, asked if I could be fitted in as been in line for 5 mins and travelled from Mansfield, after the girl asked for me the answer was still no,
Staff are friendly enough but they squeeze patients in and don't leave enough time for what’s needed in appointments. My children weren’t given fluoride varnish at their check up. The wait time for appointments it’s way too long and the final straw was when my daughter had a baby tooth taken out due to an abscess which had also caused initial decay on the UR6 but the next available (not even convenient) filling slot was 3 months later which would have meant the 5 would have erupted and blocked access to the interdental aspect which needed filling. I ended up removing the children and now pay privately for them as I think the care is actually detrimental to their tooth health even though I can’t really afford the private costs.
Would not recommend always concealed an appointment and this last time they've canceled our appointments cannot get back in touch with them and I've already paid for my treatment which some of it I've not received no answer to emails or voice messages. It was hard enough to find a dentist in the first place it was taking on and now I've got to start all over again
Went for first time yesterday have to say they are so friendly my dentist explained everything including treatment needed
Just been for the first time today and all I can say was fantastic lovely staff put me at ease
Mr Askari has been brilliant, I have been suffering with sensitive teeth and he saw me on a number of occasions always friendly and professional. He identified the problem filled the side of my tooth with zero pain (rare!) and now it’s 100x better. Felt compelled to say thank you by means of a positive review Kind regards Mr Young
I needed emergency treatment on Christmas Eve Eve. They gave me an appointment that same morning. Reception staff were very friendly. I was seen on time. The dentist was very good and listened to everything I said very respectfully (not condescending at all, as some reviewers have said). I was diagnosed, the diagnosis was explained, I was treated and am now hoping I'll be able to eat some Christmas pudding without pain.
Would not recommend, easily the worse dentist my family have attended, especially the very confrontational, condescending younger dentist that left us all not wanting to go back for follow ups (surely this is the opposite effect that should be trying to be achieved). I moved myself, Husband and Sons to a new practice and we are much happier and have now 100% no problems. I could list all the issues we had but this really would make the review too long, I’m leaving this review because I wish someone had advised us not to visit this surgery, we travel out of area now but it definantly worth it!
