Great practice! Allison from reception always goes above and beyond! They always have space to get you in within a couple of days (sometimes sooner!) and itβs nice to be seen by the same Dr each time (mostly) that knows you personally and your medical history almost off hand! The practice itself is clean and you are able to get emergency appointments easily when you need them most!

Brilliant surgery, polite, professional and friendly reception team. Especially Michelle who is a credit to the team, All the Dr's I've seen are genuinely interested and go above and beyond to help . Helen the practice nurse is lovely also. 10/10 surgery.

Gave me Β£100 penalty for using their car park at rear for attending to my appointment. I have been prescribed Antibiotics and now I have to pay Β£100. Haven't visited for 3 months, back then you could park.. Be careful, waste your day by reading all the notes glued to the windows/building/walls/floors as they will say that the information is there for you.

Just received a Β£100 parking penalty for parking at the practice's car park to attend an appointment! We've been with this practice for 4 years or so and never had to ask for permission to park in their car park that is provided for both doctors and patients, nor we we're ever told we need permission. Suddenly we get fined for parking there and we are told by the receptionist that we had to ask for permission??? Since when? Why are you not informing your patients they have to obtain permission to park there? Be careful when parking there.

Requested medical notes, long delay of more than 3 months, requested the medical notes twice and when got some not all medical notes it was all falsified, it appears to me that they have destroyed my original medical notes, on purpose (surgery before millview surgery have done the same to I and another relative (millview surgery also responsible,not a good surgery)have passed the book to this surgery it also messed up our data, and shared and broken confidentiality they have been informed to do it( wrongfully) and don't care for patients, they don't have a duty of care( just care about money) they have all caused great distress and harm, useless!( They have defamed the family in medical records) before, during and after lockdown (everything is still ongoing in 2022 and not resolved )the robots who did this have allowed harm and corruption to occur and a relative close to us who has autism to get harmed, and put close relatives in danger,staff do not seem to know what they are doing and our robots, serious harm has and still occuring, what a shambles!

Doesnβt give absolutely any help, doesnβt even listen to the patientβs complaint. It is not possible to contact a treating physiotherapist. The doctor says he has registered for MRI scans, but no clinic does it because a pacemaker is in place. There is no help in treatment at all, just a waste of time, and you continue to suffer pain because you do not get help. The treatment is pathetic. I would not recommend it to anyone. No medical help, no communication, no waste of time in this clinic. NHS service at this clinic is the lowest level it can be. I can only rate -5.

My daughter has a keloid growing on her ear. Forts of all one doctor prescribed her cream which didn't work then the same doctor prescribed antibiotics which also didn't work. My daughter rang the doctor to explain that jothing has happened. After a few hours that same female doctor rung my daughter and said she didn't know why they prescribed antibiotics even though it was her. She went onto state that they would not help with this lump/keloid and if she wanted to get it removed she would need to pay to go private. My daughter at the time was 16. This surgery is a joke. Please go elsewhere. Reception team look at you like your an alien and speak to you like a piece of trash.
