   This was the only option to get you to listen- sorry for any confusion: I visited today for some Catsan and though I've been a member for a while and had various encounters with staff- "The Lady who served me so politely with the really kind smile and kindly attitude really made my day- I've not had such a good day with work and other things and to have just a brief interaction with such a lovely Lady actually made my day better. I think her name is Julie and I'd like someone just to let her know her qualities arent lost on us. Thank you

   My husband and I visited the store today to pick up a few things for our three dogs, and we were lucky enough to be helped by a lovely lady named Susan. She was absolutely amazing – friendly, fun, and incredibly knowledgeable. We were looking for flea treatments, and Susan pointed out that the one we usually buy wasn’t actually the most effective. She took the time to explain the differences and recommended a better option that actually saved us money too! What really stood out was how genuine she was – no pressure, just honest, helpful advice. Every shop needs a Susan! Brilliant customer service from start to finish. Thank you so much!

   Well this pet shop is Bob's ...my Yorkshire terriers favourite shop to visit in Mansfield.. Once we're in I can't get him out again...treats required to tempt him ... he's not daft!!...We also visit the Pets at Home store at Sutton in Ashfield... A great selection of items for a variety of pets with a pet grooming room at the rear... Located at Portland retail park on Midland Way, which is the same retail park as the Smyth's toy store ...Near to the Mansfield Town Football ground... There's lots of car parking spaces available but be careful as there's a 2hr time limit... If in Mansfield or Sutton, give your dog a treat, you know they're worth it...

   The staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. A great deal of time was taken by one to make sure that we had signed up for the deals that would give us the most money off whilst another happily threw freebies into our trolley to save us walking round for them ourselves.
